The exterior of the Tait Tote has a simple, clean-lined and elegant look. The fabrics currently offered harken back to the classics: black and white hound's tooth check with a red patent leather trim; charcoal grey and white pinstripe with a black patent trim.

The handles are sturdy and practical, the optimal length for throwing over your shoulder. The back of the Tait Tote hosts a fabulously long and deep pocket. It is perfect for pattern books or magazines.

A magnetic clasp holds the daisy flap in place and upon opening you find that the hex shaped frame remains open and the whole bag will stay sitting upright. This is a great feature for any crafts people on the go, moms needing a sophisticated diaper bag or a business person needing easy access to a laptop.

Once inside the bag you will find a very spacious central compartment with deep pockets lining either side. Two on one side and three on the other, all of them elasticized at the top so items don't shift unless you want them to.

Last but not least, a very handy tab within the bag has a clip with a leash that attaches to the small pouch contained within. The pouch is perfect as a notions container, coin purse, or to contain any other small items you would not want to lose in a larger bag.

The lining for each of the bags has been selected to allow the user to be more easily able to find items inside. The hound's tooth check bag has a red lining and the grey pinstripe tote has a rich teal lining. Each of them are light-colored enough that losing items in a black-lined bag becomes a thing of the past.
